We would like to share with all Spectronus users a sneak preview of some of the new functionality that has been added.
The next public release of Spectronus software will include:
- The ability to dump data from the database to a comma separated text file (csv) on a schedule – hourly, 6 hourly and daily
- A DateTime variable type allowing the user to set a variable of this type to the current time
- A new action to dump data to a csv file from a given start time to the current time (used in conjunction with the DateTime variable)
- Improved and more responsive tooltips on the user interface showing the current values of variables
- Improved Task List builder with drag-and-drop support for code snippets and user variables – user variables are automatically added to the clipboard if contained in a code snippet
- A whole host of minor changes and improvements
